Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Exceptions:

Returns or exchanges are not available for the following product categories:

  • Software licenses or digital products.
  • Cables and accessories if the packaging has been opened.
  • Used or damaged items.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items:

  • Items purchased at a discount (e.g., Hash Forge Pro X100 with a $400 discount) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchange:

We only replace items if they are defective. For example:

  • If you received a damaged Hash Forge Pro X200, we will replace it with a similar device.
