Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Exceptions:

Returns or exchanges are not available for the following categories:

  • Licenses for software or digital products.
  • Cables and accessories if the packaging has been opened.
  • Used or non-resellable items.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your card or original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Discounted Items:

  • Items purchased at a discount (e.g., Hash Forge Pro X100 with a $400 discount) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges in the case of defective items. For example:

  • If you received a damaged Hash Forge Pro X200, we will replace it with an identical or equivalent device.
